This maintenance has been rescheduled for Friday 23rd September 06:00 - 06:15 (AEST)
A system update has been scheduled on Mint's production environment. Please note Mint Payments will be making changes to the IP addresses associated with the following host names.
Mint Merchant Portal - merchant.mpos.mintpayments.com Mint Admin Portal - admin.mpos.mintpayments.com Hosted Payments Page - hpp.mintpayments.com API Services - mpos.mintpayments.com Mint EFT - secure.mintpayments.com
These DNS changes are required as we move to infrastructure that utilises dynamic public-facing IP addresses. If you access any of the URLs above, please check with your company’s IT administrator to confirm if Access Control Lists are currently in use. If so, this will need to be updated to use the hostname rather than the IP address.
The scheduled maintenance is unlikely to affect transaction processing during the maintenance window.
